Meet the Team

Originally from Utah, Dr. Josh Balzen earned his degree in Human Biology from Utah State University before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada.

He and his wife, who is a school teacher, enjoy spending time outdoors camping, mountain biking, and motorcycle riding.

Dr. Balzen is dedicated to providing comfortable, compassionate dental care to patients of all ages and is proud to serve the community of Farmington with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to oral health.
